Welcome to my webpage. Here, you'll find information about me, what I do, and how to contact me.

My name is Matt Hays. I'm a recent graduate of the Cognitive Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of California, Los Angeles.

I'm now a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute for Creative Technologies at the University of Southern California.

I study training and practice, particularly as they relate to computer-managed instruction and feedback.

To get around this site, use the tabs at the top. They take you to different areas of content. Navigation items are on the left; when you click on one of them, the content is either opened on the right side of the page (where these words are) or in a new window.
